- What does TranscriptPort export?
- Meeting metadata, attendees, transcripts, AI summaries, and highlights — in Markdown, TXT, CSV, or JSON. Additional content types will appear when a connected notetaker supports them.
- Is TranscriptPort a Chrome extension?
- Phase 1 is a web app. A Chrome extension built on the same architecture is on the roadmap and included with Lifetime.
- Does it work with team calls?
- Yes. If your Fathom workspace has Team Calls, you can switch the call scope and filter by team and recorder.
- Does TranscriptPort store my transcripts?
- TranscriptPort does not retain your transcript archive. Meeting content is processed only to prepare the export you request and is deleted after processing. Exact processing and retention details will be documented before the live integration launches.
- What happens after my free exports?
- You can still configure exports and review meetings. Starting a job that exceeds your free allowance requires the Founding Lifetime upgrade ($10).
- Are future integrations included?
- Lifetime includes future standard integrations as they become available.
- Can I use it on multiple devices?
- Yes — unlimited personal devices on Lifetime.
- What happens if an export is interrupted?
- Jobs can be paused, resumed, and individual failed meetings retried. Failed meetings do not consume your free allowance.
